  • Yes, we accept most PPO insurances, including Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, Metlife, Delta, and more! We do not take Dental HMOs, Medicaid, Healthplex, and Emblem. Our team will handle all the back-and-forth with the insurance companies so you don’t have to! Learn more here.

  • Please bring your ID, medical history documents, your insurance card (if applicable), and a form of payment. If you have any recent dental x-rays, please bring them or email them to concierge@terradental.nyc. We recommend allocating 90 minutes for your first initial visit, but if you're tight on time, we can certainly accommodate! If you arrive early, we’ll make every effort to start early and get you back to your day!

  • Absolutely! We know it’s hard to plan ahead sometimes, so we allot additional time for our providers to treat for walk-ins.

  • Out of pocket cost varies depending on your insurance. Without insurance, a tooth-colored (composite) filling typically costs between $300 to $600 depending on the complexity of the case.

  • No problem! A new patient cleaning / exam without insurance costs $450 and we have Membership Plans starting at $695 per year. We’ll let you know all pricing upfront and take payment prior to service. We take cash, credit card, debit card, FSA/HSA, Apple Pay, and more. We make it as easy as buying a cup of coffee, as it should be!
